PRIMARY HOME CARE (PHC) is a Medicaid Program administered by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and Managed Care Organizations. PHC provides NON Technical Attendant services to Medicaid eligible clients who reside at home.
COMMUNITY ATTENDANT SERVICES (CAS)– Home attendant care services provided to persons with medical diagnosis that results in functional limitations.
FAMILY CARE SERVICES (FCS)– Non-skilled attendant care services, such as home management or personal care services, available to persons with functional limitations to assist with activities of daily living.
STAR PLUS, STAR PLUS WAIVER, AND COMMUNITY FIRST CHOICE (CFC) PAS Non technical in home services with an approved medical need for assistance with personal care, administered by managed care organizations ie: United Healthcare and Superior Healthplan.
Heights Home Health also accepts VA, private pay, AAA, and private insurance, clients.
